What is the purpose of the programme/initiative?
DTU Skylab are providing free and confidential start-up consultation for all students and affiliated start-ups. Book a meeting with one of our external collaborators and get advice in legal, accounting and IP (intellectual property).
The advisors are:
Kromann Reumert for legal advice, related to ex shareholders agreements, contracts with Employees, customers and suppliers ect.
Ernst and Young Danmark for advice regarding accounting and tax.
Zacco for advice related to writing patents and the process of patenting, Freedom to Operate [FtO] and infringement of patents.
Who can join?
Open for students, PhDs and post docs from DTU.
Where do they sign up
Use Conference Manager, then choose a time and an advisor that meets your needs.
