The two-year project EU-XCEL is aiming to promote entrepreneurial education and ICT innovation across Europe.

>  Interested in IT entrepreneurship?
>  Want to create a new startup with a new European founding team?
>  … and travel to European hot spots to do this… FOR FREE?

DTU Skylab presents the second round of EU-XCEL, and provides the optimal frame for aspiring entrepreneurs giving them the opportunity to create an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) startup.

Students from the six partner countries will participate in a Scrum Week held by a partner entity, and they will during this week form international teams and work on their startup.
After the Scrum Week, the teams will work virtually from their home countries for 12 weeks with a mentor attached. After the 12-week period, finalist teams will be chosen, and they will participate and pitch in the EU-XCEL Ultimate Challenge Final in Munich, which takes place October 24th and 25th. The students can win €10.000 and more in prizes.

DTU Skylab is one of the six partners of the EU-XCEL project, which promotes cross-regional innovation, entrepreneurship and knowledge sharing – all of which are important in strengthening European collaboration.
