Magnetic Beer Caps

DTU student Søren Højland Boesen submitted his idea to Carlsberg and Sustainia's crowd-sourcing competition to find green ideas for the future of brewing.
In total 162 ideas were submitted from around the world. Through a rigorous process, a Carlsberg jury decided to award Søren's idea with the "JC Jacobsen Special Award"-award.

In DTU Skylab, you can test your ideas, fail and think big. This is the place where student innovation can bloom. Skylab is 1550m2 and contains among others prototype workshops, lab, auditorium, IT facilities and meeting rooms.

Welcome to DTU Innovatorium

DTU Skylab is a melting pot for student innovation and entrepreneurship with 800m2 of prototype workshop, event room and office facilities which can be used for free. The students can use these facilities to prototype their own entrepreneurial ideas into action or to work on innovative projects with companies.

President Anders Overgaard Bjarklev talks about DTU Innovatorium in building 205. Later DTU Innovatorium became the future DTU Skylab.
